Things calmed down after shift change and I had time to chart while snuggling a baby (perks of working in Peds). I&#8217;m really starting to get into the swing of things; better time management, better at patient/family communication and I&#8217;m much quicker at charting then I used to be. </p> <p>I&#8217;ve actually made it home before midnight the last two nights. The weather has been fantastic in the evenings (75, cool breeze, beautiful skies).
